Duties: - Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Oversee the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.
