- Lead the roll-out and entrenchment of HR standards, policies, and practices across the organization.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for managers and employees to promote compliance.

- Performance Management
- Implement robust performance management frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Guide managers in setting measurable objectives and fostering continuous feedback.
- Use data-driven insights to report on performance trends and improvements to senior leadership.
- HR Operations Management
- Optimize HR systems for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies while streamlining HR workflows.
- Lead workforce planning, onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and morale.
- Address employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment.
- Promote diversity and inclusion across the workplace.
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Manage and develop the HR operations team to build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with production, operations, and leadership teams to align HR efforts with business objectives.
Transitional Responsibilities: - Payroll Management: Oversee accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and lead the digital migration from VIP to PaySpace.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
- Learning and Development: Oversee training programs, succession planning, and ensure alignment with workforce needs.
- BBBEE Strategy: Drive BBBEE compliance, strategy, and audit processes.
- Occupational Health and Safety: Provide guidance on safety matters and manage incapacity processes.
- Employment Equity: Develop EE strategy, ensure compliance, and act as Senior Manager for EE reporting.
- Compensation Management: Implement salary benchmarking and ensure compliance with remuneration policies.
Requirements: - Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior HR management, with expertise in generalist HR and specialist IR functions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HR pillars, labour law compliance, and HR systems.
Key Competencies: - Leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Advanced computer literacy and business acumen.
