Role Description
The candidate will be responsible for
conducting sales activities, managing the other sales personnel and provide training where needed. They will also be
responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering sales presentations, keeping up with
market trends, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets and quoting clients.
Requirements:
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
CRM Management experience
Sales and Business Development skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Negotiation and contract management skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of solar and heat pump systems is a plus, but not essential
Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales/key accounts role with contactable references
