Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in fresh food processing and food safety standards.
- 10+ years of experience in macadamia processing, food safety, and logistics at a managerial level.
- Knowledge of automated systems (e.g., Nutlogger) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in reconciliation, troubleshooting, report writing, and communication.
- Physically fit to perform manual work, including walking, climbing stairs, and working at heights.
- Willingness to work extended hours during the season, including alternating day/night shifts.
- Hands-on presence in the factory during all working hours.
- High attention to detail in quality, food safety, packaging, and processes.
- Computer literacy, including basic Excel and IT systems.
