Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Drive new business by generating leads and building relationships with potential clients (primarily Estate Agents).
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Retain and nurture relationships with existing clients, offering consistent, high-quality service to ensure their ongoing business.
- Regularly meet with clients (Estate Agents) to address their needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong professional connections.
- Client Events & Engagement:
- Organize and attend client events to build stronger relationships and increase client engagement.
- Attend and represent the firm at client functions, ensuring the firm's brand and services are well-represented.
- Collaboration with Conveyancing Team:
- Work closely with Conveyancing Secretaries to discuss cases and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- Communicate regularly with the Directors to keep them informed on progress and any issues that need attention.
- Client Visits & Performance Meetings:
- Set up and attend weekly and monthly client visitation appointments to ensure strong ongoing relationships.
- Attend performance meetings with the Director to discuss client feedback, business development progress, and performance against targets.
- Training & Support:
- Provide necessary training to clients to ensure they are informed of processes and services, enhancing their experience with the firm.

- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Sales-Driven: Strongly motivated to meet targets and generate new business in a highly competitive environment.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing client relationships and sales efforts.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address client issues effectively, while maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Client-Focused: Previous experience in acquiring clients and handling client services is essential.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Conveyancing Attorney with the necessary legal qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the Conveyancing industry.
- Marketing experience is required, as this is a sales-driven position.
- Experience working in an attorney firm is a must.
- Own transport is essential for client meetings and event attendance.
