Your duties will encompass:
- Manage a team of about 50+ Security officers.
- Time keeping.
- Organize and oversee all security operations of the company.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
- Be responsible for all related work with PSIRA.
- Recruiting, training and supervising security officers.
- Carrying out risk assessments to determine the safety of the site.
- Coordinating the response to any incidents.
Qualifications
Skills
- Minimum 10 years'' experience in Security Manager position.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Valid driver''s license.
- PSIRA registered.
- Proficient in MS Office
