Raising stock POs using QDocs
Timely costing of shipments
Keep filing neat and updated
Create and raise stock POs using QDocs.
Place orders and maintain clear, effective communication with suppliers.
Capture shipment details in Excel templates accurately and promptly.
Cross-check Excel files and POs, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers.
Cost shipments in Excel once Cargo Compass invoices are received.
Attach Syspro POs through Landed Cost Tracking (LCT).
Ensure consistency between Syspro and Excel costings, resolving discrepancies by re-costing in Syspro.
Communicate costed shipments to the receiving teams for further processing.
Matric or Grade 12 with Accounting
BCom Degree or Accounting Diploma a must
Working knowledge of Pastel and Syspro a must
PC Literacy Excel intermediate
