We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Growth Manager to manage the on boarding and day-to-day operations of retail partners. The role involves business development, complex negotiations, and building a network of partners to drive growth for our voucher and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products. You will work closely with different business units to ensure a seamless and effective working relationship.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Core Competencies Experience:
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of retail partners and handling complex negotiations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated experience in account management and partner relationship building.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Commercial acumen across digital industries, with experience in coordinating legal, technical, and commercial teams.
- Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of the loyalty industry is advantageous.
Qualifications:
- BCom / Commercial degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5+ years in business development, ideally within the loyalty or financial services environment.
- Manage complex partner negotiations and establish new partnerships across various market segments.
- Retain and grow existing partnerships to foster long-term success.
- Drive top-line GMV growth and increase voucher adoption across all relevant market segments.
- Collaborate with partners to determine technical, marketing, and commercial roadmaps for joint digital product initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to the executive committee on the success of initiatives, measured against key KPIs.
