Join Our Team as a Senior Tech Talent Partner
We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Tech Talent Partner to be part of our Embedded Solutions Team at Aston Holmes. You’ll be partnering closely with one of our high-profile, multinational financial services clients in the US, focusing on sourcing world-class tech talent across global markets.
In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end hiring process, from shaping compelling job descriptions to managing strategic offer negotiations for critical senior tech roles. You’ll work hand-in-hand with key stakeholders, guiding recruitment strategies and ensuring we deliver a standout experience for both candidates and the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking ownership of the complete recruitment journey - designing roles, sourcing, mapping, and closing deals for senior, technical positions.
- Building and managing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to drive effective hiring outcomes.
- Using innovative sourcing methods, including AI tools and international market strategies, to engage top-tier tech professionals.
- Conducting detailed assessments to ensure candidates are technically fit and culturally aligned.
- Delivering a first-class candidate experience that reflects our commitment to quality and our client's brand values.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering growth.
- Navigating complex offer processes, ensuring seamless candidate transitions.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong focus on engineering roles.
- Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment, especially in global and fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Expertise in identifying and sourcing senior tech talent, leveraging data-driven insights.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for finding and attracting the best talent.
- The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on quality.
- Experience working with international markets and a deep understanding of tech landscapes.
