We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Half day role) for a permanent vacancy based in Fourways, Gauteng.
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Degree in HR, Business Admin or related with 2-4 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or similar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid drivers and own vehicle.
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: - Sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization.
- Working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, implement strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit of the company.
- Managing job postings and ensuring job descriptions are accurate and up to date.
- Building and nurturing relationships with both active and passive candidates to develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Promoting the company as an employer of choice by creating compelling employer branding content for job postings, career pages, and social media.
- Representing the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
