The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong analytical background within the ad tech space to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with business processes, internal KPIs, and resource allocation.
This role requires both internal performance monitoring and external stakeholder collaboration. The candidate will deliver key insights, execute data-driven decisions, and effectively communicate findings to support our resellers.
Responsibilities
- Business process analysis, pricing, and optimisation
- Performance monitoring
- Data management and analysis
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports for both internal and external stakeholders, making complex data accessible and actionable.
- Document findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and professionally
- Compile and communicate key insights to resellers, using data visualisations and summaries for clarity and impact
- Help create and advise in the visualisation of reporting tools and dashboards for both internal and external use cases with our PBI/dev team.
- Maintain and guide PBI/dev team in the calculation and creation of different custom metrics needed for dashboard reporting.
- Create and deliver reports on critical KPIs, ad performance metrics, and audience engagement insights to help resellers optimize their ad strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ad tech or a similar industry
- Experience analysing, creating visuals, and pulling reports from PowerBI
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of KPIs, resource allocation, and other metrics critical to business success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented mindset and ability to critically assess
