Key Responsibilities: As a Commercial Property Broker, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the leasing and sale of commercial properties in the Durban North area. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and match them with suitable properties. Your duties will include:

Developing and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of commercial property listings.
Prospecting and identifying potential clients and leads.
Conducting property viewings and negotiations with prospective tenants and buyers.
Assisting clients in making informed decisions by providing comprehensive market information and insights.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.

Requirements: To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably with a focus on commercial properties.
A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle for property visits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
