As Finance Manager (Commercial), you’ll be at the forefront of financial strategy, shaping key business decisions and providing financial insights that directly impact our growth. We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader to manage, optimize, and elevate our commercial finance operations.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our commercial operations.
- Provide strategic analysis to support business decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with global financial policies and local regulations.
- Monitor key financial metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and analyze trade discounts, incentives and other gross-to-net deductions.
- Sales and general admin expenses management.
- Perform risk and opportunity and sensitivity/scenario analysis for forecasting.
- Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure profitability.
- Partner with the Supply Chain Finance and other finance teams to analyze monthly performance.
- Develop commercial insights and sensitivity analysis.
Skills and Qualifications: - Bcom Accounting Degree
- CA(SA) or CIMA would be advantageous
- Leadership skills are essential
- Management exposure in a manufacturing or FMCG industry leading an FP&A team
- Power BI
- SAP
