Maintain the relationship with and manage the customers pertaining to Sidel aftersales offering in East and South Africa region. Responsible for meeting customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction, team management, whilst developing and maximizing sales and margin contributions for Sidel in given territory.
Your Mission
- Grow sales andprofitability of Services offering, adapt regional services strategy to his/herterritory, direct and implement action plans with aftersales team
- Lead a team and develop required competencies
- Ensure that customerproduction line is optimized to the maximum
- Responsible forperformance of Sidel products, reports non-conformities and responsible forissue resolution process
- Propose new Servicesproducts that add value to the Customer and are profitable for Sidel
- Sell and negotiateSidel Services portfolio, according to rules and processes of the Company
- Plan customer contacts,visits and promotions
- Coordinate and analyzemarket and competitor information, provide forecasts and report to relevantstakeholders
- Responsible for his/herregion outstanding and overdue payment performance
- Is in charge of givenaccount in his/her region
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Good level of English.
Required experience and skills:
- 5 years of salesexperience and experience on the field (maintenance, production, Field ServiceEngineer)
- Preferred knowledge of Fillingand packaging industry equipment and services.
