Property Co-Ordinator – Salt River, Cape Town – R15 000 Per Month
We are urgently looking for an experienced Property Co-Ordinator for our buildings in the Western Cape. Applicants must have no criminal record or been blacklisted by a credit bureau. Applicant must have a valid and unendorsed driver's license. Incumbent must have at least 5-8 years of experience in all the following areas:
Duties & Responsibilities
- In & Out inspections of units
- Checking on cleaners
- Inspect and check on Buildings/General
- Inspect all units once/twice a year
- Check the legitimacy of tenants once/twice a year
- General survey with tenants yearly
- Show units to prospective tenants
- Complete application forms and forward to the Head Office
- Tenant meetings
- Property administration
- Enforce contractual obligations
- Ensure rules and regulations are followed by tenants
- MRI system knowledge
- Critical Performance Areas:
- Rent collections
- Inspect buildings
- Check legitimacy of tenants
- Lease agreements signed and up to date
- In and out inspections
