To provide subject matter expertise, advice, and guidance on the integration of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision 239 (BCBS239) risk aggregation and risk reporting (RDARR) principles into risk management practices, to ensure alignment to the Group Risk Data principles and governance and ensure SBG remains compliant. Identify opportunities to improve the technological tools used for RDARR attestations and reporting to align to best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise to drive the integration of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision 239 (BCBS239) through the embedment of Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (RDARR) principles into risk management practices and ensure alignment to the Group Risk Data principles and governance.
- Monitor the activities and responsibilities of RDARR stakeholders, who are charged with the responsibility of ensuring compliance to BCBS239, to ensure SBG remains compliant.
- Monitor and report on RDARR compliance through continuous monitoring of the RDARR management dashboards, including but not limited to PowerBI statistics for each legal entity, to track status and identify high-risk areas.

This role requires an individual with general experience in Risk Management but very specifically financial control across different legal entities and jurisdictions. Project Management experience would be required. A thorough understanding of the regulatory environment (BCBS 239 principles) would be essential.
