We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the vital role of Wildlife Reserve Animal Care & Maintenance Supervisor. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our diverse range of wild animals while overseeing essential maintenance operations within the reserve.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the Wildlife Reserve Animal Care & Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- The husbandry and feeding of specific wild animals on the reserve.
- Leading the maintenance program, which includes tasks such as fencing, water supply management, and fire prevention measures as specified by our conservation protocols.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in conservation management. Relevant qualifications are advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential. A Code 10 driver’s license is a requirement.
Package & Remuneration
Salary will be discussed based on experience, with additional compensation for overtime worked. Accommodation may be provided if available. Weekend availability is essential.
