Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Finance Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly skilled finance professionals in positions that align with their expertise and career goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with top finance talent through various channels including networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to job offer negotiation and placement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in finance recruitment.
- Thrive in a high-performance sales culture.
- Generate new business through cold calling (40-60 calls per day).
- Grow and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry.
- Full 360 recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance recruitment or a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients at all levels.
- Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling.
- A track record of achievements.
- An ambition to be the best version of yourself.
- Must be between the age of 22 – 30.
- Have your own vehicle.
