Transport Admin Clerk
A reputable transporting company is seeking to employ a Transport Admin Clerk at their Durban facilities. The incumbent should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Track the drivers via tracking system.
- Ensure all drivers do not deviate from their planned routes.
- The route planned on the system must correspond to the specific driver.
- Question and report any deviation from the planned route.
- Ensure all documents are uploaded and filed.
- Assist the department with any other responsibilities as a team player.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a tracking platform.
- Knowledge of PODs.
- Sound knowledge of routes and areas in and around KZN.
- Fluency in verbal and written English communication.
Package & Remuneration
R10,000 to R11,000 per month - Permanent Contract - Immediately Available
