Location:
Office based in Durban with the option of flexibility through a hybrid model, or full-time remote depending on competence and years of experience.
Remuneration:
Market-related CTC with benefits that include a Provident Fund, educational travel, quarterly incentive and various benefits as part of BIDTRAVEL.
Purpose of Role:
Design, co-ordinate and project manage the logistics around the booking of accommodation, transfers, tours, excursions, flights and car hire to meet the client’s expectations, as well as managing and coordinating the clients on the ground travel experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years inbound travel industry experience
- Strong Southern Africa product knowledge
- Exposure to travel reservations systems
- Intuition, creativity, great communication, attention to detail, and a positive, team player attitude
