Are you passionate about people and service excellence. We are looking for a Payroll Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance Team. This position is based at our Head Office in Cape Town, reporting to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor.
· To be 2IC to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor
· To mentor/coach Payroll Compliance Clerks in day-to-day tasks
· To check and validate all payroll submissions across the business units efficiently, on time, accurately and in accordance with company policies and legislation.
· To execute tasks accurately, on time and in accordance with payroll procedures, company policies and legislation.
· To check and report on application of relevant legislative requirements and deadlines dates
· To record all HR and Payroll administration accurately to enable compliance reporting
· Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Administration/Accounting
· 1-3 years’ experience within an Administration/Payroll environment

· Relevant Legislation (LRA, TAX, SKILLS Development)
