Duties & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the expansion of our portfolio within Gauteng through targeted marketing and sales strategies.
- Enhance the profitability of existing products by implementing innovative sales initiatives.
- Forge and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders to fuel business growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and secure orders with partners.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet business objectives.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven track record in business development within financial services, telecoms, insurance, or a similar service industry.
- Extensive experience working with SMEs or comparable clientele.
- Proficiency in marketing and pitching Group Life, Group Funeral, Group Medical Insurance, and related products to corporate clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effortlessly with business owners and executive teams.
- Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional communication skills are a must.
- Preference given to candidates with insurance qualifications such as FAIS - RE1/RE5.
- Willingness to travel and relocate as necessary.
- Comfortable thriving in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Compensation
- Competitive basic salary of R25,000 per month.
