Responsibilities:
- Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for digital marketing initiatives and overall team performance.
- Continuously optimize strategies to align with revenue targets and engagement goals.
Ecommerce Management:
- Lead the strategic direction and management of ecommerce platforms to drive online sales growth and improve the user experience.
- Ensure seamless integration of ecommerce processes with other business functions.
Quality Control/Approval Process:
- Oversee the review and approval of all digital marketing assets, ensuring they meet quality standards and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Implement processes for efficient and timely asset approvals.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate and present comprehensive performance reports, including web analytics, social media metrics, and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
Staff Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team by providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and encouraging professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
SEO Support:
- Work closely with the SEO specialist to improve organic search rankings and optimize website content for search engines.
- Develop strategies to increase organic traffic and enhance the website’s overall performance.
Community Management:
- Support the Community Manager in managing online interactions, handling crisis situations, and safeguarding the brand's online reputation.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with the brand’s digital community.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through digital channels.
- Optimize campaigns for lead conversions and nurture potential customers through the sales funnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or demonstrated experience in digital marketing management.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a digital marketing team.
- Expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, ecommerce).
- Proven ability to set and manage KPIs and OKRs to drive business performance.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and strategies for optimizing user experience and conversions.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
