Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.
- Project Monitoring and Control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment of Project Execution to the PRAS AICT Project Management Framework.
- Developing and managing the Project Schedule to track project progress, risks associated with timelines, task dependencies, and scope.
- Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
- Regular project progress and status reporting.
- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
- Proactive escalation of matters that require Executive or Senior Management intervention.
Requirements
- Project Management qualification (Prince2/PMBOK certification in Project Management).
- Post-graduate, PMP and/or Agile certification would be an added advantage.
