Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, customer service, vendor services, inventory, writing repair orders.
- Remedy customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Three or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive is necessary.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends.
- Possess a state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record to operate vehicles.
- Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership.
