Duties & Responsibilities
As the Debtors Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure timely delivery of documents to clients.
- Verify that all required supporting documents are included according to client specifications.
- Promptly allocate all payments.
- Supervise team processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Efficiently manage the team through the following actions:
- Conduct staff appraisals and develop Performance Development Plans for underperforming staff.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and appointment process.
- Ensure timely submission of necessary forms to Payroll and HR for staff personal files.
- Oversee staff training and development initiatives.
- Delegate tasks to staff and ensure effective management.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance as needed.
- Ensure staff familiarity with the Code of Conduct and Company policies.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives within the team.
- Facilitate smooth handover processes during staff departures or leaves.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with individual staff members.
- Organize monthly team meetings to address any issues and encourage staff participation.
- Maintain a tidy work area for oneself and the team.
Job Experience and Skills Required
Completed Diploma in Accounting or related field.
3+ years’ experience in a similar role in finance.
Package & Remuneration
300,000.00 - 350,000.00
