Santam Human Resources has two positions available for a dynamic, results-orientated and client-centric Talent Acquisition Lead who will be based in Gauteng or Western Cape .
These positions will support the below Business Units:
- Client Solutions
- Broker Solutions
This role will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a full end-to-end talent acquisition (TA) service in a specific region. The role will ensure we deliver a professional TA service that includes sourcing, interviewing, conducting integrity checks, and offer management. This role will also manage the HR onboarding process and actively implement the TA strategy around recruitment channels to ensure we provide a best cost-fit TA solution to the business.
What will make you successful in this role?
- Leads and oversees the full end-to-end Talent Acquisition process in the business.
- Provides training, coaching, and support to the Talent Acquisition team (Talent Specialists and Recruitment Administrators).
- Monitors and interprets Talent Acquisition data to identify trends and suggests and implements actions to address.
- Effectively manages Talent Acquisition costs including agency costs.
- Stakeholder management with the business to audit Talent Acquisition service.
- Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.
- Plans and assigns work across the team.
Qualification and Experience
- Registered Psychometrist would be preferable.
- 6-10 years of Recruitment experience working in an RPO or Volume business and at least 3 years of talent lead/management experience.
- Research methodology, head-hunting, and differentiated sourcing strategies.
- Experience working with candidate management systems.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of outsourcing, agency work, and labor broking is an advantage.
