Sales managers also monitor the market, analyze data, and perform calculations to stay within budget.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role, preferable within the solar energy industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software (is a plus)
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel as required.
