Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with extensive exposure to strategic projects, particularly in the transport industry. This individual will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving performance, and supporting the growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance business performance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead HR initiatives related to talent management, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to support the business.
- Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on labor relations, conflict resolution, and employee disciplinary actions.
- Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommend improvements for business performance.
- Lead HR projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee training and development programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills to meet business needs.

Qualifications:
