Account Based Marketing (ABM) is a critical engagement approach to help deepen relationships, build reputation and support revenue growth within our key growth clients.
The Manager for Global ABM Programs, is critical to executing our ABM methodology and driving a significant uplift in engagement with NTT DATA across the globe.
Working as part of the Global ABM center of excellence (CoE), this role will contribute to delivering our 1:few ABM program approach, working with the campaigns and content CoE, digital hub and approved external agencies, regional teams to deliver compelling programs and content and ensuring a consistent approach to program execution at a country, regional and global level.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
Work across regions on Mega accounts to ensure ABM plans are in place to drive growth, understanding priorities and client imperatives to allow for co-ordinated cross growth programs. Work closely with global demand gen teams to ensure global campaigns are executed into relevant regional accounts Maintain governance across regions in respect of tracking, reporting, impact measures and stakeholder comms. Manage at least 1 global ABM accounts (multi-region) to drive true global ABM, ensuring consistency of messaging, programs and stakeholder holder engagement regardless of region. Plan and implement 1:few ABM programs aligned to NTT DATA regional business priorities, goals and identified client needs, working closely with country marketing teams and collaborating with campaigns CoE and Divisions. Support the right ABM approach and tactics for global campaign, major events and brand initiatives such as MWC, R&D Forums. Set measurable objectives for ABM programs that align with our global marketing KPIs and can be traced to demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals. Effective management of marketing budgets to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment. Act on insight to ensure continued evolution and focus on building marketing impacted pipeline.
Knowledge and Attributes:
A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings Excellent program management skills with the capability to juggle a range of projects and consistently deliver results Ability to operate within a matrix environment Full range of technical marketing skills including, insight development, messaging development, campaign planning and activation and marketing performance management Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration Strong relationship management and demonstrated collaborative skills in working with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders Strong communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills Assertive in approach coupled with confidence in area of expertise and the ability to facilitate business conversations Exhibit growing knowledge and passion for area specialization Good client relationship building and engagement skills Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders A go-getter with the ability to work in high-pressure situations Good conceptual insight and ability to think strategically Able to work well in teams
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Demonstrable ABM experience – particularly in the world of 1:few execution. A good understanding of multi-channel engagement data, behavioural data and predictive data, in order to leverage same for optimization of client engagement. Client-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs of the client to personalized ABM programs aligned to business goals and objectives Strong knowledge of web 2.0, search, wikis and interactive elements and appropriate use ABM industry training or accreditations
Required Experience:
5-10 years of experience in technology and/or business environments. Marketing, communications or online agency experience, or some mix thereof, required.
