Role:
Set-up Revit base build information for designer to commence space planning
prepare and coordinate pitch / pre-construction technical content, LTA packs and construction package
information
Revit technical output at each project stage
support your partner designer on site and deal with contractor queries, reporting to Design Director
Skills & Experience:
Used to working within a fast passed, ever changing environment where nothing is a problem
Positive attitude
Energy, drive and 'can do' attitude is essential; demonstrates initiative
fluent in Revit
Architecturally trained with high attention to detail
ability to take initiative to solve technical issues
ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
excellent communication - both written and verbal
a working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
