Job Duties:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Required Qualifications:
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Education:
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Prior experience working as an RGN in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Sound knowledge of nursing principles and practises.
Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in specialised areas of nursing.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. Shift work may be required, and the job may involve standing for extended periods and lifting patients when necessary.
