Job Duties:
Provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions
Evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop individualised care plans
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective care
Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Required Qualifications:
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Degree in Mental Health Nursing
Previous experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong assessment and care planning skills

Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing
Training in mental health interventions
