Overview
As we embark on our international expansion, we are searching for established, locally-based Certified Business Coaches to support our growing client base. The selected candidates will deliver exceptional coaching services tailored to our clients' needs, aiding them in achieving their business goals and personal development.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in business coaching, with additional experience in life coaching considered an advantage. This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide customized support to our clients, helping them achieve their business objectives and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching & Mentoring:
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to clients, focusing on business development, strategy, and growth.
- Tailor coaching strategies to meet individual client needs and objectives.
- Assist clients in setting and achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
- Assessment & Planning:
- Conduct assessments to identify client strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Develop personalized action plans to enhance business performance and personal development.
- Support & Motivation:
- Serve as a motivational guide by encouraging clients to overcome challenges and maintain focus on their goals.
- Provide feedback and support to help clients navigate business hurdles.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor client progress and adapt coaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports summarizing client achievements and areas for further development.
Qualifications:
- Certified Business Coach with a recognized accreditation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business coaching.
- Experience in life coaching is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
