Responsibilities
- Strongly communicate in order to foster collaboration, ensure clarity, and motivate highly effective teams towards achieving common goals.
- Provide guidance and leadership.
- Conduct research and develop a comprehensive understanding of product features and capabilities to maximize business values.
- Be creative and deliver compelling presentations that clearly and effectively communicate key information and ideas to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Commerce, Engineering, Technology or similar.
- Have 4 to 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, business analysis or solutions specialties.
- Have a strong understanding of business process definition and re-engineering requirements.
- Have experience in contact centre capabilities (advantageous).
- Have experience working in an Agile environment.
- Have moderate understanding of project management principles.
- Have familiarity with system, data, or business testing requirements.
- Have experience in analysis and compilation of business information and intelligence.
- Are proficient in tools such as Visio and Drawi.io for design and process mapping.
- Have hands-on exposure to Customer Experience (CX) design methodologies.
- Have a deep understanding of AI principles and platform technologies, including their applications in enhancing business operations.
