Introduction

Duties & Responsibilities
To provide efficient and effective administration and project support to the Organisation, this includes but is not limited to:
- Drafting and typing of general correspondence.
- Liaising with internal staff, clients and suppliers.
- Facilitating travel arrangements.
- Project set-up and workflow management.
- Developing project instructions and monitoring outcomes.
- Planning efficient project activities and travel requirements.
- Scheduling of site work with clients, brokers, and insurers.
- Compilation and distribution of system progress reports for clients and management.
- Provide general office assistance to colleagues and to consultants.
- Grammar and spelling checks and language corrections to English risk assessment reports.
- Problem solving for clients and consultants.
Without detracting from the specific tasks and duties referred to herein, you may be required from time to time to comply with any reasonable requests or instructions of the Manager, which may fall outside the tasks as specified above, to facilitate the smooth running of the company.

The role further requires the individual to co-ordinate across multiple stakeholders and projects and to be adaptable and flexible to changes. The ability to multitask and strong administration/organisational skills will be needed to excel in the role.
Good knowledge and capability on the Microsoft suite of packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required, and previous experience working with digital system projects would be advantageous. Previous experience in a business consulting or project planning environment would also be beneficial.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric.
- Tertiary education would be preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years project or administrative experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team with a strong focus on results.
- Good command over oral and written communication skills.
- Work in a high-pressure environment with accuracy.
- Fair and positive work attitude.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Package & Remuneration
R144,000 - R240,000, depending on experience.
