Estimator Position
Our client is a well-established construction company looking for an Estimator based in Gauteng.
Requirements include:
- BTech/ BSc Quantity Surveying/ BSc Construction Management
- 5 - 15 years construction industry experience and estimating.
- Knowledge of building construction productivities.
- Sound knowledge of standard contract documentation and specifications.
- Ability to review the tender documentation and identify any potential risks and/or gains.
- Proficiency of CCS estimating and planning modules.
