We are looking for a dedicated Assessor to manage and report on assessment plans, ensuring compliance with SETA and QCTO best practices. The ideal candidate will provide feedback, facilitate re-assessments, and support learners throughout the assessment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment of Portfolios: Manage monthly assessment plans, assess portfolios within 30 days, complete required documentation, provide feedback, and ensure quality assurance.
Administration: Capture and update assessment results, maintain effective document storage and archiving processes.
Learner Support: Schedule assessments, manage learner support, and coordinate with the training team.
Additional Functions:
Monitor and improve the quality of assessments.
Conduct coaching sessions for peer and constituent assessors.
Provide feedback to facilitators.
Moderate assessments where applicable.
Expand assessment expertise and registrations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Services SETA registrations: Business Practice NQF 1, Business Administration NQF 3, Generic Management NQF 4, Project Management NQF 4, Contact Centre Operations NQF 4.
Wholesale and Retail SETA registrations: Wholesale and Retail Operations Supervision NQF 4, Wholesale and Retail Operations Management NQF 5.
