Client Engagement: Partner with packhouse clients to understand their needs, ensuring solutions maximize efficiency and traceability
Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and oversee projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure aligned, effective project outcomes
Agile & Process Optimization: Drive agile practices, enabling continuous improvement across teams
Risk & Budget Management: Identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing budgets to deliver maximum ROI
What You Bring:
Background in Packhouse or AgTech: 3+ years in the agricultural, packhouse, or tech sectors
Project Management Expertise: Proven success in managing complex projects and delivering tailored solutions
Client-Centric Approach: Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
Agile Mindset: Experience in agile methodologies, with a track record of leading high-performance teams
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Agri Economics, or related field
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile/Scrum experience are a plus
A valid drivers license (travel required)
