Key Responsibilities: - Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the group
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS standards
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with the executive team to provide strategic financial insights
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture

- Handle ERP system integration and optimization (SAP experience preferred)
Experience & Skills Required: - CA(SA)
- 8+ years of financial management experience, ideally in the automotive or related industry
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
