If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to work within our Leaving Care Service as a Personal Advisor. We have one full time (37 hours) and one part time (18.5 hours) vacancy available.You will provide advice and assistance to our Care Leavers, supporting our young people in preparing for independent living and helping them achieve their wishes and goals for the future.The team follow a Pathway Planning process for care experienced young people (predominantly 18-25 years old) transitioning to adulthood, working with a variety of professionals that may be involved in a young person’s life to ensure a joined-up approach focusing on a young person’s holistic needs. Each day as a Personal Advisor will be varied, presenting new challenges and learning opportunities. You will build strong and supportive relationships with our young people by being consistent, reliable, and trustworthy.
