What you will bring:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide warm, attentive, and prompt service to create an outstanding guest experience.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Support the daily functions of the restaurant, ensuring that manuals, SOPs, and logs are consistently updated and effectively implemented.
- Manage Restaurant Operations: Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Train and Develop Staff: Mentor and train team members while maintaining strict compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Address Customer Concerns: Promptly resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent; relevant hospitality diploma or experience is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of OPERA and OPERA Cloud systems; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in the luxury hotel sector, familiar with restaurant duties and procedures.
Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and comprehension in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong decision-making and judgment skills to navigate challenges effectively.
