Shift Manager Phillipi Western Cape
Candidates will work on a roster that includes weekend & public holidays, shifts are 12 hours long, and can be day or night.
Minimum requirements:
- Must have tertiary qualification minimum NQF 6
- Minimum 5-10 years exp. in Operations (Security, cleaning, warehouse)
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in Management /Supervisory roles
- Experienced in Employee relations (Chairing hearings, issuing warnings)
Salary offer: R25K R30K (Dependant on experience) No benefits, no guaranteed bonus.
