Job Responsibilities:
- Flights and Hotels bookings for patients.
- Assist orthopaedic surgeons during surgical appointment procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments.
- Manage patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and rehabilitation.
- Must have Own reliable Car.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in patient rounds and case discussions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Organise consultations with the patients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Support patients in pain management and rehabilitation exercises.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Position Requirements:
- Qualifications - Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification will be adventurous for the position .
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery or related field.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopaedic conditions and treatments.
- Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in patient documentation.
