Join my award winning client reporting into the Managing Director as an Executive Assistant if you have the relevant experience working with an Executive in the Financial Services Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's diary and travel arrangements
- Manage events hosted by the MD
- Arrange and set up training sessions with relevant service providers
- Put together reports for sales meetings
- Liaise with clients on behalf of the MD
- Arrange board meetings and take minutes
- General admin duties, assist at reception
Requirements:
- Must have minimum of Matric, Secretarial Diploma or NQF 5
- Must have 5 - 10 years relevant experience reporting to an Executive
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise well with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Well-presented and client-centric
