Candidate Requirements:
- Must have Grade 12 and a formal culinary Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution
- Driver's license (essential)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Chef De Partie position
- Must have a clear understanding of dietaries and nutrition
- Must have in-depth knowledge of hygiene practices and new products
- Must reference well and have an excellent food portfolio
- Highly organized and with great attention to detail
- Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Must have a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a team and collaborate
- Excellent time management skills and great work ethic
