We are currently recruiting for a Call Center Manager which is a contract position which with one of our clients. We need someone who is available immediately and has experience in the role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Contact Centre Manager
- Must have managed at least 8 Team Leader or over 150 seats contact center
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Proven experience in managing contact center
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
