Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to
permanently join their dynamic leadership team. This strategic role is designed for a
CA(SA) with a proven track record in financial leadership. As the CFO, you will be
instrumental in driving financial strategy, managing risk, and ensuring the continued growth and success of the business .
Duties: - Lead the development and execution of the companys financial strategy, aligning it with overall corporate goals.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and accounting standards (IFRS).
- Provide detailed financial insights and analysis to support executive-level decision-making and business strategy.
- Manage financial risks and implement controls to mitigate potential impact on the business.
- Optimize key financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders, communicating the companys financial performance and strategic direction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills: - Qualified CA(SA).
- At least 2 years experience as a CFO or Financial Director in a listed company or similarly structured organization.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience within a senior financial leadership role.
