Job Description
We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Administrator, to be based at our branch in Rustenburg.
You are responsible for:
Inclusive of, but not limited to:
Assisting Consultants:
- Book & manage consultants’ diaries as per client request
- Closing of consultant billings on CMS, including CCMA billings
- Draft recommendations for consultants
- Assistance in proofreading documents and/or drafting basic IR documents
Administration:
- Ensure that all relevant documents are correct & uploaded onto CMS
- Updating of CMS information (e.g., client information)
- Filing and drawing clients’ files
- Preparing and drawing of CCMA files
- Drafting documentation in terms of CCMA communication (objections, etc.)
Reports:
- Assistance in compiling reports (both internal and external, e.g., reports for national clients)
Adhoc:
- Assisting with answering calls professionally and accurately - Ensure detailed messages are taken when the relevant person is not available and distributed via email
Package & Remuneration:
Salary: R12 750 CTC per month

Qualifications
You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a corporate environment fulfilling an administrative role - Previous experience in the services/legal industry would be advantageous
- Industrial relations experience would be an advantage
