KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with recruitment activities
- Draft employment onboarding documents
- Audit and completion of weekly & monthly reports and audits
- Assist with ad hoc HR queries and duties (leave queries/pay queries/ employee benefits/HR related queries/headcount recon etc)
- Ordering and distribution of uniform and PPE
- Taking minutes of meetings or disciplinary enquiries where necessary
- Assist to prepare/ update files for IOD (Injured on Duty), external audit, DOL visits etc
- Coordinate events (Retirement, Long Service, Peak, Training and Appreciation meals etc)
- Assist with projects
- Assist with coordinating of training and development
- Scheduling & Transmission of hours for Personnel on the workforce Management system
- Co-ordinate the Supply Chain Graduate Program
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- BCom/BA Degree (HR Management/Industrial Psychology) or relevant degree
- Knowledge of labour laws, recruitment techniques & payroll
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR administration in supply chain, logistics or retail environment
